Terms & Conditions
Rates are per night with a 2 night minimum stay required (longer for holidays). Occupancy is stated as a base number (how many people can sleep in beds) or as a range of occupancy (in which case the upper range also includes sleeping on futons or sofabeds). With groups of more than the base occupancy, or any time sleeping on a futon or sofabed is required, additional cleaning charges apply (see cabin description page for base and max occupancy). A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. A booking fee of up to $25 is charged on all reservations. The deposit is fully refundable only with written cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Without 30 days notice, deposits are only refundable if the cabin is re-rented.
Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled arrival (including no-shows) are obligated for the entire amount of the reservation, unless the cabin can be re-rented. The booking fee of up to $25 is non-refundable. No indoor smoking is allowed. Pets allowed only in selected cabins and only with advance permission, additional security deposit, and additional cleaning fee. 10% county and state taxes are additional.
Pet Policy
We must know in advance if you are bringing a pet. By bringing a pet, you agree to the additional terms of our complete Pet Agreement. In order to maintain our very high standards for our cabin, we ask that pet owners adhere to our very specific rules for pets, including: no pets on furniture (including beds and sofas), unattended pets in cabin must be crated, and many other strict requirements. You will alsi incur an additional fee for cleaning and will be required to pay a larger deposit when you bring your pet. The Pet Agreement also provides that pets brought without advance notice will be charged DOUBLE the normal pet fees.
Additional Fees
The only possible costs over and above the nightly cabin rate are:
- 10% tax is charged on all rentals
- A $25 reservation fee is charged on all reservations ($15 for 2-night stays)
- Additional cleaning fee and deposit is required for pets (see Pet Policy above)
- High-occupancy linen fee will be charged when occupancy exceeds the base quantity or when futons are utilized for sleeping. |
