“We had an unbelievable time here. My favorite thing is the bee-bee-gun. Also the fishing. I caught a rainbow trout. Look forward to coming next year!!!” - Romi, age 10

“We have had such a wonderful time on our vacation. We’ve had a great time on our outings and everyone loved coming back to your beautiful home and relaxing! The early morning hours on the porch were some of my favorite “peaceful” moments. I love your sink fixtures in the restroom—beautiful! My family and friends surprised me with a “40th” birthday. I can’t imagine it being any better than this! Thanks again!” - Jeanine & Family, Mississippi

“We came to North Carolina to reunite with friends, traveling from Wash. DC and Austin, TX with 6 boys, 2 husbands, and 2 dogs. We wanted a secluded retreat for hiking, culture, and boating. We walked all the trails around the house, up the roads, on the Appalachian, checked out the Waterfalls in the Highlands. The mom’s favorite was Dry Falls, the boys all loved the skiing on Lake Fontana. We had a delightful tour of Yellow Branch Pottery, roasted S’mores and played rounds of “Apples to Apples”. Each of us, the lawyer, the engineer, the therapists, the gaggle of boys and the creatures depart rejuvenated, fascinated by mountains, insects, falls & humor!” - Peace and Aloha  Annette, Chuck, Chris, Matt, Jan

“What a wonderful place for our family vacation!  We have had the most relaxing time—water rafting, enjoying such incredible sights as we drove through the mountains and your home is such a great place to spend time in.  Thank you for sharing it with us.” - The Lusty Family, Houlka, MS.
